CUSTOMER SERVICE:

We value your support of our small business and want to answer any questions or concerns you might have. Please allow up to 24 hours for your email to be responded to by our staff.  Any emails sent after business hours are responded to the next business day. Emails sent Friday after 5pm CST through Sunday evening are responded to the following business day. 

 

RETURN POLICY:

We hope you love your order! However, should you find yourself not entirely pleased with your order, we extend the option of returns for STORE CREDIT ONLY, provided it meets our return criteria.

We do not offer exchanges, only store credit. If you would like to purchase a different size, return your merchandise as soon as possible and we will issue you store credit once your order is received and the item(s) are eligible per our return requirements listed below. Once you receive your store credit, it may be used to purchase a different size or any other merchandise online and/or in-store!

 

RETURNS CRITERIA:

  •  Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of your delivery date.
  • Merchandise must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, unscented, unstained.
  • All tags must still be attached and the receipt must be present to process the return.
  • The following is considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned: discounted merchandise such as promotional sale items, intimates, jewelry, and swimwear.

Please note that all shipping costs are at the expense of the customer. If your item does not meet the return requirements, it may be sent back at additional cost to the customer. Any shipping charges are non-refundable.

ORDER CHANGES:

We are so grateful for your order. Please make sure to review it carefully before it is submitted as it cannot be modified. No changes can be made once your order is placed. Double + triple check that all details are correct.

 

SHIPPED TO WRONG ADDRESS:

We do not take responsibility for packages that are delivered to the wrong given address. It is your responsibility to check that your shipping address is correct when your order is placed. If it isn't, please email us right away so we can fix it BEFORE it ships. Once it ships, we are not responsible. 

 

CANCELED ORDERS:

Please make sure you want your item before you place your order. We do not allow order cancellations due to the quick turn-around time of items selling out. We have an absolutely amazing team so chances are your order is already packaged up and ready to go out!

 

SHIPPING:

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to ship. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when your order is fulfilled and shipped. Orders may be split across multiple shipments. We DO NOT offer shipping insurance on your package at this time, if you would like to purchase insurance for your package please email us at hello@clotheboutique.com.

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:

Clothe Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the tracking information indicates "Delivered” Clothe is not responsible for stolen or missing mail.  Please contact USPS (your local post office) or UPS with questions regarding shipment tracking. 

 

SIZING GUIDE:

We currently offer sizes X-Small through Large. However, in each item's product description we note if an item runs oversized etc. If you have additional questions in regard to sizing you are welcome to email us at: hello@clotheboutique.com

 

DAMAGED ITEMS:

All damaged items must be reported within 5 days of receiving the item. Please email us with a photo attached.  If you contact us after 5 days of receiving your damaged item, you will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.  

 

PRODUCT PHOTOGRAPHY:

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products. We do not take responsibility for monitor discoloration. 

 

PLEASE NOTE:

Clothe reserves the right to cancel and refund any order for any reason.
