RETURN POLICY
We hope you love your order! However, should you find yourself not entirely pleased with your order, we extend the option of returns for STORE CREDIT ONLY, provided it meets our return criteria.
We do not offer exchanges, only store credit. If you would like to purchase a different size, return your merchandise as soon as possible and we will issue you store credit once your order is received and the item(s) are eligible per our return requirements listed below. Once you receive your store credit, it may be used to purchase a different size or any other merchandise online and/or in-store!
RETURNS CRITERIA:
- Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of your delivery date.
- Merchandise must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, unscented, unstained.
- All tags must still be attached and the receipt must be present to process the return.
- The following is considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned: discounted merchandise such as promotional sale items, intimates, jewelry, and swimwear.
- Any orders placed with Shop Pay installment payments are ineligible for return or exchange.
Please note that all shipping costs are at the expense of the customer. If your item does not meet the return requirements, it may be sent back at additional cost to the customer. Any shipping charges are non-refundable.
